ENSVAfter eight months in stealth, a Falun company launches an AI system that keeps all data in Sweden
While Swedish AI has had its eyes on Stockholm, a team in Falun has been building something else. Today it launches ANVL — a system that builds all the content for companies and startups, with all data stored in Sweden and the EU.
ANVL is not a tool you open when you need it, but a system that is always there. It does more than websites — it builds all of a company's content, from websites and social media to presentations and sales material. Everything starts from the company's own material, or from what the startup wants to achieve, and the content is ready in minutes. The system can also weigh options against each other, for example in comparisons and briefing material ahead of a decision.
One of its strongest advantages is that all data stays in Sweden and the EU — exactly the question Swedish companies have started asking their American suppliers this year. It writes content in the company's own voice and answers questions from the company's own material, citing its sources.
Most AI tools are at their best on day one and get worse every month, because they never learn anything about you in particular. We built the opposite. ANVL is at its worst on day one.

The data stays in Europe
Unlike most AI tools, which run on American infrastructure, ANVL stores all customer data within the EU. Customer data is never used to train any model, the customer owns both what goes in and what comes out, and data is deleted on request. A data processing agreement is included from the start.
Over the past year, Swedish business leaders have stopped asking what AI can do and started asking where their data ends up. It's the right question, and until now it has had an uncomfortable answer.

Built in Dalarna
ANVL has been developed in Falun over eight months by a team of nine. The company is launching with a limited number of customer places.
There's a belief that tech companies have to be built in Stockholm. We think that belief costs Dalarna more than it costs Stockholm.
