Projects and review

Everything you have made, in one place — and how work gets looked at before it goes out.

Everything you build in ANVL ends up in Projects. Not in folders you have to maintain — one list, with views that answer the question you actually have when you go looking.

The views

All

Everything in this workspace, newest first.

Created by me

Only yours. The one to use when you know you made it and cannot remember what you called it.

Recently viewed

Presentations you had open lately — usually the fastest way back to the one you closed by accident.

Shared

Everything in the workspace that is shared with anyone. Not only what was shared with you — this is the view to check when you want to know what is out there.

Starred

The handful you keep coming back to. Star the deck you present most and it stops being something you search for.

Trash

What you have removed. The only view that shows it — everywhere else it is gone.

What counts as a project

Your presentations and your brand portal. They sit in one list rather than one list per kind, because the thing I made on Tuesday is a better way to find something than which tool made it.

Before something goes out

When work needs another pair of eyes before it is sent or shown, you send it for review rather than pasting a link into a chat and hoping. Whoever you send it to gets a notification, the answer is recorded against the material, and you can see where it stands without asking.

You send it to whoever should look at it — a colleague, or a group. They can answer it. See Send something for review.
