Workspace and roles
Who is in your workspace, what each role can do, and how groups let you send work to several people at once.
Your workspace is the company inside ANVL: the people, what each of them may do, and the brand and material they share.
What is on the Workspace page
People and seats, and nothing else — they are the same question asked twice. Each person is a row with their role, and the seat count above shows how much room you have left before you have to think about it.
From a row you can change someone's role or remove them from the workspace. Both are admin actions.
Groups have their own page, and the brand and the material you make live in Brand Kit and Projects.
Yours, or everyone's
A useful line to keep in mind when you are looking for a setting: anything about you — your sign-in, your password, your passkeys — is in Account and security. Anything about the people is here.
Where to start
If you are setting up, the order that wastes least time is: get your brand kit right first, then invite people. An empty workspace with five members in it is five people looking at nothing.
