Seats

Every plan includes unlimited users. Nobody is charged per person, and there is no plan to move up to for more room — invite whoever needs to work in ANVL.

The Workspace page therefore shows a head count, not a quota: 4 people, with the people listed underneath.

The operational limit

There is still a ceiling, and it is there for operations, not for billing: 100 people per workspace. It keeps a workspace from growing out of control by accident, and it is counted per workspace, not across your company.

You will not see it until you are close. From 90 people the count turns into 90 of 100 seats, with a bar under it, so the limit never arrives as a surprise.

What counts

Anyone in the workspace, and anyone you have invited who has not answered yet. An unanswered invitation counts because a promised place is not an available one. It only matters near the limit, and you can free it whenever you like.

When you reach it

The Invite someone button is replaced by a note that says so plainly — All 100 seats are taken — followed by "Every plan includes unlimited users — the limit is there for operations. Get in touch and we'll raise it."

Right there you say how many more you need and press Request 1 more seat (or Request 5 more seats, whatever the number is). The request comes to us with the number attached, and we raise the limit. It is a request, not a purchase — nobody is charged by clicking it, and a second click updates the number rather than sending a second request.

Only an admin can send it. An editor sees "Only an admin can request more seats" instead.

Who needs to be in the workspace

Count the people who make things, not the people who look at them. Someone who only ever needs to see a finished presentation does not need to be invited: send them the file, or ask us for a brand portal link if what they want is the brand.
