The public brand portal

A page showing your brand that anyone can open without an ANVL account — useful for printers, freelancers and agencies.

The brand portal is your brand kit as a page you can send to someone outside ANVL. A printer, a freelancer, an agency, the person making the conference badges: they get your colours as values they can copy, your typefaces by name, and your logo shown on light, dark and brand-coloured grounds — without an account.

You can see it under Brand Kit → Brand portal.

Ask us to share it. Creating the link, and everything about it, is something ANVL does for you today — there is no share button on your side of the page. Write to hi@anvl.work and say who needs it.

What to tell us

Worth knowing, because each of these is a choice somebody has to make and you are the one who knows the answer:

Which sections it shows

You choose what the page includes. A printer needs the logo and the colour values; they do not need your tone of voice or your messaging.

Whether it expires

A link can be set to close itself after 7, 30 or 90 days, or to stay open. Worth using for a one-off supplier — the link nobody thinks about again is the one that outlives the relationship.

Whether it needs a password

Optional. Use it when the recipient is fine but the link might get forwarded.

A new address

If a link has gone somewhere it should not have, it can be replaced. The old address stops working immediately — anyone holding it gets a dead page — and the new one keeps the same sections and password. Tell us if you need this; it is the fastest way to close a leak.

Turning a link off entirely is also possible, and is the right answer when the work is simply finished.

What the recipient sees

The brand, laid out to be used rather than admired: colour values they can copy, typeface names, your logo on three backgrounds, and whichever other sections were left on. Nothing about your workspace, your other brands, or who is in your team.

There is a Print / PDF link in the page footer, which is how a recipient saves the whole guide in one go.

The portal shows one logo — the one selected for it — rather than every version in your library, and it displays the mark rather than offering files to download. If somebody needs the actual files, send them.

Your own view of the page always shows all six sections, whatever the real link is set to publish. So it is a preview of the brand, not a preview of the link — if it matters exactly what a recipient will see, ask us.

What it is not

It is not a way to give someone editing access — there is nothing to edit on it. If a colleague needs to change the brand, they need an account and a role; see Workspace and roles.
