Images

Every picture ANVL can use lives in one place, under Brand kit → Images. Your uploads, pictures pulled in from the workspace's media library, and generated images you have chosen to keep are all in the same grid, with filters rather than tabs.

That is on purpose. Curation is a state, not a place: an image being yours, or approved, or for this campaign is something true about the image, not a folder it has to be moved into.

Where pictures come from

Your own

Upload them. This is the best source and the one to use whenever you have it — a real photograph of your real work beats anything generated.

Generated, and kept

Ask the generator for something, then save the suggestion you want. Only what you save arrives in the bank. Pictures ANVL generates while building a deck or a page do not land here — they go to the workspace media library, and you can pull them across with Import from media.

There is no stock library, on purpose. Stock photography does not look like your company, and having it as an option is enough to make it get used.

Image style, and where it applies

The Image style section of your brand kit describes how your pictures should look — the tonality, what should and should not appear in them, how close the crop sits, and a prompt and a negative prompt you can write yourself. Colours are not set here; those live in the Colours section.

It governs the pictures ANVL generates while building a deck or a page. Fill it in and those stop looking generic.

Your website's pictures are not here

Reading your website at setup takes three things — your logo, one hero image and your favicon — and puts them on your brand profile. It does not fill the image bank.

So if you want the photographs from your site available to ANVL, upload them. It is worth doing, and worth being selective: an old hero image nobody has looked at since 2019 is worse than none, because once it is approved ANVL will happily use it.
